• Attested photocopy of the matriculation/ICSE/CBSE pass certificate showing the date of Birth
• College Leaving Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Attested photocopies of marks sheets Secondary, Sr. Secondary, Graduation/Post Graduation course
• Attested photocopies of caste certificate and residential certificate
• Three recent colour pass port size photographs.
